Anglican parish church. C13, altered C15, altered and enlarged C19. Consists of
nave and south porch, projecting south chapel or manor pew, and chancel. Rubble
with freestone dressings; slate roofs with coped raised verges; Nave: stone bell-
cote on west end; C19 2-light round-headed windows and one cusped lancet window
to west of porch. C19 gabled south porch; inner panelled door in double ogee
moulded surround and under a hoodmould with fleurons and head stops; image niche
over, also with head stops. Interior: unable to visit at time of resurvey
(February 1984) but said to be a fine brass in the chancel: John Cutte, died 1575,
once Mayor of Bristol, kneeling couple with 12 children, shield with the arms
of Bristol and a merchant's mark.
