Cottage, now shop. C18 or earlier origins, raised in C19 with C20
alterations. Roughly-coursed ironstone rubble up to top of openings,
with squared ironstone above and brick arches to openings, brick
patching and brick gable to left. Pantile roof. Single storey with
attic, 2 windows front. Part-glazed door to left with 3 and 2 light
sliding sashes with glazing bars. Segmental brick arches to openings.
2 raking dormers, 12-pane sliding sash to right, C20 casement to left.
Tumbled brick gable to left. End stacks. Included partly for group
considerations.
