Small, made entirely of iron. 4 slender fluted columns with open round arches,
cusped and moulded, with decorated spandrels and open decorative domed roof. Relief
medallion of Queen Victoria and motto "Keep the Pavement Dry". Round iron basin
on column, under the canopy.
