Terrace of houses, 3rd quarter of Cl9. lst Lord Leverhulme lived at No 9 1886-88.
Now all are offices. Red brick, with top cornice, stone band and base. 2 storeys.
Doorways in doorcases with Tuscan pilasters, frieze, cornice and plain fanlight.
Some have 3-sided bay windows, others have sash or modern windows. Upper windows
are sashes, most with cornices on brackets.
All the listed buildings in Palmyra Square form a group with Nos 9 to 21 (odd ), the
Museum and Art Gallery Bold Street, No l0 Egypt Street, Nos 3 to l3 (odd) I Springfield
