Dated 1906. Red brick with stone dressings. Symmetrical front of 3 storeys, with
centre large windows with stone mullions and transoms and dentilled sills, flanked
by tower-like blocks with narrow windows and top circular windows and parapet;
entrance in left hand tower with dated lintel (north); 2 windows on each floor
in wings (ground floor windows with segmental arched heads9; tower blocks again
on ends. Large modillioned eaves cornice over 1st floor, and top floor in high
dormers on stone balustrade and mansard roof. Right hand side to Palmyra Square
North has 2 bays and flanking towers.
