Formerly a farmhouse of C17 or early C18, now in multiple occupancy. Main
building of 2 storeys in red brick with stone slate roof with 2 brick stacks.
Mainly modern windows. To 1st floor two 3-light casements and 1 window with
grazing bars. Modern extension of 1 storey to front. Rear wing at right angles
of 2 storeys, rendered and brick and with old slate and Welsh Slate roofs.
Modern glazing to 3 windows of various lights, probably in original openings.
Modern additions.

Nos 2 to 6 (even) form a group with Honeysuckle Cottage, Rose Cottage Hill View
Cottage and Rose Lea Cottage.
