Farmhouse, now disused. Dated 1753 with later additions and alterations.
Painted red brick; slate roof. 2-cell central baffle-entry plan.
One storey and attic. C19 casements with C18 gauged heads to left
and right of boarded door under gabled hood and C19 gabled eaves dormers
directly above. Tall central red brick ridge stack above entrance.
Datestone "W / BM / 1753" to left gable end and catslide outshut to
rear. Included as a dated and largely unaltered example of a small
C18 farmhouse.
