Gazebo. Early Cl9, possibly 1818 as main house (q.v.). Limestone ashlar, lead
roof. Two storey single room bow-front pavilion built in to boundary wall which
continues right to boundary of site. External wooden stair rises to 6-panel
door in pointed opening, right. At ground floor front is a pointed opening,
above is a 2-light casement; 2 pointed openings with plain glass to left.
Opposite the ground floor opening a plank and batten door. Stone band at first
floor and to parapet with battlements. Small upper room has Cl9 blocked iron
fireplace in fluted jambs and pedimented overmantel; niche to left; C19
cornice. Boundary wall to right is in good English garden wall brickwork, with
niche containing late C20 statue. A very attractive adjunct to the house.
