Pair of cottages, now one. c1840 , with C20 minor alterations. Brick and tile.
Symmetrical front of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Plain roof. Walls of Flemish bond,
cambered rubbed arches with flat extrados, plinth. Cast-iron casements of
Tudor pattern. Coupled doors (one now a window) within a wide porch, with brick
cheeks, coupled centre posts and 4 curved brackets, supporting the eaves to the
tiled roof. Other walls of Monk bond. A virtually unaltered copy-book design.
