Public House. C17, and early C19. Brick and tile. Timber-framed lobby-entrance
structure, with extensions; west (entrance) elevation of 2 storeys, 3 windows.
Roof with hip at the south end; shafted stack. The upper wall is mostly tile-
hung, the remainder being painted brickwork in Flemish bond, with cambered
openings, plinth. Casements. Plain shallow C20 gabled wooden porch. A single-
storeyed extension, west of the north side, has a ½-hipped tile roof, boarded
and brick walls. The south elevation (to the roadway) has 2 widely-spaced
windows, hipped roof with brick dentil eaves, a high plinth, and casements.
