Cottage. Dated 1785. Coursed rubble, C20 clay interlocking pantiles, with
stone slates at eaves. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows, with lean-to
additions at rear. Plinth. Quoins to left. Central door in ashlar
surround with impost blocks and inscription "WS 1785" on lintel. 4-pane
sash windows with ashlar projecting sills and deep lintels, on ground floor
one to left of door and 2 to right. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to
left. End stack to left.
