Cottage. Mid C18. Coursed rubble, C2U interlocking tile roof. 2 storeys,
2 first-floor windows. Ground floor: to right, C20 part-glazed door to
house, and board door to passage, both in quoined surrounds; 16-pane sash
window to left. First floor: sash window with glazing bars and 8-pane sash
window, both in ashlar surrounds; above the left window, a tiny opening to
loft under the eaves. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping. Ashlar stack at left
end.
