Row of three cottages. Early C18. Coursed squared marlstone with some ashlar dressings and some wooden lintels; Stonesfield-slate and concrete plain-tile roof with brick stacks. Single-unit and two-unit plans in one range. Two storeys plus attic. Irregular four-window front has the larger cottage in the centre with four two-light casements; No.16, to left, has a renewed three-light casement at each floor, and No.14 has a renewed three-light casement at first floor but a two-light casement below. The last window plus the entrances to Nos. 14 and 16 have ashlar flat arches. Steep-pitched roof has gabled roof dormers to Nos. 14 and 16, and has four stacks.
Interiors not inspected. Possibly an early conversion from a single dwelling.
