Farmhouse. Early/mid C18, altered C19. Coursed limestone rubble with squared
dressings; Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. Probable central-stair plan with
service wing to rear. 2 storeys raised to 2 storeys plus attic. Symmetrical
window front has 2-light casements, a central doorway approached by a double
flight of steps, and a semi-basement window; all openings have segmental arches.
Attic has 3 stone-gabled half dormers containing 2-light casements.
Steep-pitched roof has 3 stacks. Gables show an earlier roof line of the same
pitch, and have parapets with re-used moulded projecting kneelers. Service wing
returns from right. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
