Terrace of 4 houses. c.1872. For James and George Wilson.
Brick with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 8 bays. Windows
have segmental heads and are sashed with glazing bars.
Round-headed entrances have C20 doors. 4 stacks paired
across ridge. Lean-to rear wings. Part of a planned
village for Price's Patent Candle Company, one of the
earliest examples of a model industrial village.
