C18. 2 storeys plus mansard. Ashlar (No 5 is painted). Mansard roof
with pantiles and 2 dormers. Dormers have wooden frames with double casements,
glazing bars. Plain eaves cornice. Plinth. 2 windows to each property,
grouped in pairs. Sashes with glazing bars. Shutters to ground-floor
windows. Rainwater-head with rosette and original thin pipe between the
properties. 1 door each, set to left and right. 6 panels each door,
upper panels glazed.
All the listed buildings in Whitehead's Lane together with Nos 15 to 17
(consec) Silver Street and Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and Nos 7 and 8 White Hill
form a group.
