2 cottages, possibly formerly part of stable range. Mid/late C17, altered
mid/late C19. Regular coursed ironstone; left gable rebuilt in brick. Old tile
roofs have coped gable parapets with moulded kneelers on right; brick end stack
on left and internal stack on right. No.11 is 2-unit plan; No.12, set back on
right, is lower one-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. No,12 has
central part-glazed C19 ribbed door. 2 and 3-light C19 casements with glazing
bars. Chamfered painted wood lintels. Gabled dormers. No.ll has no windows to
front. Entrance to rear. Right return side has 3-light cavetto-moulded mullioned
windows with labels. To rear: large internal stack:, Some old leaded casements.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
