House backing on row. Late C16 or C17. Square unbraced box
timber-framing, each storey of 2 panels high with mid rail;
brick nogging, tile roof, brick stack. This adjoins the back
of No.9 (qv), and ends with a rebuilt brick gable; the main
fabric was probably built at the same time as No.9. Front to
the alley is in 2 storeys, 1-windowed. A 2-light casement to
right first floor, above a 6-light early casement. To right a
C20 door. Brick stack to right shared with No.9. On the far
slope of the roof is a large dormer, and the end gable has one
heavy corner post exposed. INTERIOR not inspected.
