Small house at end of row. C16, refaced C18. Timber-frame, faced painted brick, tile roof, brick stack. To road is two storeys, one-windowed. Two-light steel casement above two-light wood casement with horizontal bars at ground floor, to right of plank door in segmental head, on two high steps. Two-course mid brick string, returned left, with small two-light casement at eaves, above a two-light to segmental head and two C20 lights. Steeply-pitched hipped roof, and large square stack in early brick off-ridge at back. Gabled privy in brick and tile to rear.

INTERIOR not accessible, but this is part of an important early row of buildings facing Abbey Mills (qv), set on a raised pavement (qv) to reduce risk of annual flooding.
