Terrace of 3 houses. Early C19. Limestone ashlar; Welsh slate
roof; rebuilt brick ridge and left-end stacks, that to left
apparently shared with No.19 Cecily Hill (qv). 2 storeys,
attic and cellars; 5-window range. First floor has four
2-light chamfered stone-mullion windows with 4/4-pane sashes
in each light and one similar blind opening. Ground floor has
three similar openings with hoodmoulds and casements with
glazing bars. 3 six-panel doors with top two panels glazed
under flat canopies supported on iron brackets; doors to Nos
21 and 23 paired to left, No.25 to far right. Three openings
to cellars below ground floor windows; four hipped dormers
with C20 leaded light casements. Shallow plinth; continuous
cill-band to first floor windows. INTERIORS not inspected.
