House. Mid C19. Coursed squared limestone with ashlar
dressings; clay tile roof; ashlar left- and right-end stacks.
One large gabled projection and one small gable to front. 2
storeys and attic; 2-window range. Two 2-light chamfered stone
mullion-and-transom windows under hoodmoulds to first floor;
one similar 3-light window to ground floor right and a pair of
similar single-light windows to ground floor left. Part-glazed
plank door under tiled canopy to centre. 2 pointed lancets in
chamfered stone surrounds in gables. Relieving arches over
ground and first floor windows to right. Coped verges with
moulded kneelers. To right C19 iron gate gives access to
passage to rear shared with No.19 Cecily Hill (qv). INTERIOR
not inspected. Included for group value.
