GV II

Village house. Probably C18, remodelled mid C19. Stucco on
rubble with eared architraves; steep rag slate roof with
mid/late C19 crested clay ridge tiles; brick end stacks;
cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 2-window front with close-spaced openings. Wider
ground-floor windows; 1 early/mid C19 sixteen-pane hornless
sash on right, otherwise later horned copies; central late C19
six-panel door with top panels later glazed; plain overlight.
