Public house. Late C18, projecting part of front rebuilt late C20 in replica. Brick with ashlar dressing; tile roof with brick stacks. 3 storeys. Single-window range to left with single-window range projecting to right in rebuilt front. 12-pane sashes with gauged brick lintels and 6-pane sashes to 2nd floor. Top cornice. Entrance under arcade with panelled door. Ground floor has large 2- light fixed window to left of entrance and shop type window to left with richly consoled facia and 3 round-headed lights. Wings to rear.
INTERIOR: chamfered beams and some exposed timber-framed cross wall.
