Two houses, now shops and offices. Probably early C18. Stucco,
possibly timber-framed, with brick to rear; double-span tile
roof with brick cross-axial stack. double-depth plan. 3
storeys; 2-window range. Top cornice. Two C19/20 shop fronts.
1st floor has architraved windows with 12-pane sashes, that to
right with cornice; 2nd floor has windows with 3-light
casements, that to left with iron opening casement. Right
return has timber-framed rear gable. Rear 2-storey gabled
wing. INTERIOR: ground floor has chamfered beams; 1st floor
left half has 2 stop-chamfered beams; no sign of exposed
timber-framing.
