Two houses, now shop and flat. c1760. Brick with ashlar dressings; tile roof with coped gable and brick stack to rear of ridge. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. Three storeys; two-window range. Brick platt band over first floor with pairs of downward projections; top cornice. Two C19 shop fronts; that to left with entrance with four-panel door to left and recessed shop entrance, bracketed cornice and rich cast iron cresting; that to right has panelled pilasters, bracketed cornice with ball finials and four-panel door to right end. First floor has windows with rusticated wedge lintels with keys, over 4:12:4-pane tripartite sash to left, sixteen-pane horned sash to right; second floor has four windows: 2:6:2-pane tripartite casement to left, three-light casement with leaded opening casement to right with light right to end.
Rear has two gables.
INTERIOR: large fireplace with corbelled lintel to rear left.
