Shop with offices. c1870s. Polychrome dressed stone brought to
course with granite and contrasting stone dressings, dry
Delabole slate hipped roof with bracketed eaves cornice; brick
stack with similar cornice and original square pots.
Double-depth corner-site plan with splayed corner. 3 storeys;
3-window range to Broad Street and Church elevations. Original
8-pane horned sashes set back within 2-storey panels with
rock- faced detail to aprons and 1st floor lintels; blind
panel to each floor of splayed corner; doorway with panelled
doors and overlights to left-hand bay and to right-hand bay of
right-hand return into Church Street. Large shop windows with
moulded jambs: 1 window to Board Street; 2 windows to return.
