House, now house and shop. Late C18 with later additions and alterations.
Hammer-dressed sandstone with ashlar dressings and slate roof. L-shaped on
plan. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Off-centre entrances: 6-fielded-
panel door with divided overlight and C20 double-leaf board doors. 16-pane
sash and two divided plate-glass shop windows. First floor: 16-pane sashes.
All openings except shop windows under tooled wedge lintels with keystones.
Shop windows under flat lintels. All windows have stone sills. Left end is
gabled to street. Gable coping, shaped kneelers. Stacks to gables and rear
stack.
