Roughcast timber-frame, probably with some limestone rubble walling, and
thatched roof half-hipped at north end. One-and-a-half framed bays aligned
north/south; large roughcast external chimney with brick stack at south end
of main bay. Single storey and attic. No framing visible externally. Windows
are C20 casements. Main west elevation has a 2-light and a single-light window
on the ground floor and there is a small rectangular light on the west side of
the chimney. Attic lights in gable ends. There is a C20 lean-to at rear with a
flat-roofed half-glazed porch addition and a C20 door within. Interior: framing
noted as being largely intact and incorporating some large braces across the lower
corners. Large fireplace survives in south bay.
