Public house. C17, possibly earlier origins. Extended C19 and C20.
Timber frame probable, all rendered. Tiled roofs. 2 storeys. 3 bays in 2
early builds. 2 bays to right have a central entrance with flanking
large 3 light casements all in an early C20 corniced projection, first
floor 2 small horizontal sliding sashes. 1 bay to left has a ground
floor canted bay, first floor 12 pane horizontal sliding sash. Both
gable ends have external stacks with offsets, rebuilt caps, lean-to oven
projection to rear right. Continuous lean-to outshut to rear of 2 bays
to right incorporated into C19 and C20 wings added to rear. Interior not
inspected.
