House and attached outbuilding. Early-mid C19 with later C19 alteration.
Bordered tooled grey stone on plinth; slate roof to house and blue
pantile roof to outbuilding. Central-entry plan with rear service wing.
2-storey, 3-window front with 1-storey, 2-bay outbuilding at right. House
has half-glazed door with margin lights in gabled, glazed porch. Window
over door is 12-pane sash; others 16-pane sashes. All windows have plain
stone sills, and ground floor openings have vertically tooled lintels.
Coped gables, shaped kneelers and end stacks. Outbuilding has part-glazed
door at left of 16-pane sash. Coped gable, plain kneeler and end stack at
right.
