House, now cafe. Early-mid C18 with later alterations. Brown brick in English
garden wall bond, concrete interlocking tile roof. 3 storeys, 2 bays, with rear
wing. Ground floor: C20 red tile dado below two C20 plate-glass windows, and door
to left. First and second floors: flush ashlar quoins. First-floor sill band.
First floor windows: 4-pane sashes with red brick flat arches with taller ashlar
keystones. Second floor windows: half size, C20 casements with projecting ashlar
sills, and flat arches matching those on first floor. Well-moulded cornice. Shaped.
kneelers (that to right damaged), ashlar coping. Brick end stacks. The rear wing
of the building is rendered and has altered openings.
