Coach house to No 84 (qv), now workshop. c1754 with later alterations. Probably by John Carr of York for Mr D Mitford (as No 84, qv). Painted brick in English garden wall bond, pantile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. The ground floor has been altered and now has C20 casement windows below first-floor sill band. First floor: recessed Diocletian panel flanked by blind oculi. Eaves band and coping forming pediment. In centre of ridge, wooden louvred vent.
