House, now shop. Mid C18 with later alterations. Painted brown brick in Flemish
bond, pantile roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor: recessed to left, board
passage door; C20 shop front; passage door to right. First floor: to left, sash
window with flush exposed sash box, projecting ashlar sill and flat arch with key-
stone; in 2nd and 3rd bays, canted late C19/early C20 bay window. Second floor:
half-size windows, now with single pane pivoting frames, flat arches with keystones.
Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping to left. End stacks and rear ridge stack. Rear wing
of 3 and 2 lower storeys has side-sliding sash windows and is less altered than
most neighbouring rear ranges.
