Cottage. 1897 by Alfred Powell of the Art Workers' Guild in rustic style. Sand-
stone block and rubble walls with hipped thatched roof under 'sparring' to
ridges and ends. Single storey and attics under four two-light 'eyebrow' on-
eaves dormers. Square brick stack to right of centre. Two leaded casement
windows on ground floor and 3 doors under wooden lintels on elevation facing yard.
Single-storey rear elevation, built into hillside facing lane.
