Farmhouse. Early or mid C17 with alterations of C19 and C20. 3-cell lobby-
entrance plan. 2 storeys and attics. Timber-framed and plastered.
Plaintiled roof with axial chimney of red brick. C20 casements and boarded
entrance door. Back-to-back open fireplaces in hall and parlour and another,
arched, in the parlour chamber. An ovolo-moulded bridging joist in the
parlour. Clasped-purlin roof. A continuous rear outshut of red brick added
in C19. Restored c.1980.
