Terraced houses, now thrown into one. c.1845. Yellow brick set
in Flemish bond, stucco, roof obscured by parapet. Three
storeys over basement; three windows to St Paul's Road, one to
St Paul's Place. Basement and ground floor stuccoed, the
ground floor decorated with banded rustication. Ground-floor
windows round-arched and set within a round-arched panel of
smooth stucco. First- and second-floor windows flat-arched
with gauged brick heads; window-guards to first-floor windows.
Stucco cornice remodelled, blocking-course. Entrance in St
Paul's Place entirely remodelled. Included for group value.
