Shop. Late C18 with earlier timber-frame; C18 or C19 rear
wing. Stucco with tile roof and large brick cross-axial stack.
Front wing under hipped roof. 3 storeys; single-window range.
1st floor lintel band and top brick parapet. C20 shop front.
1st floor has casement window; window to 2nd floor with
small-paned 3-light horizontally sliding sash. Rainwater head
and downspout to right, letter: A to downspout. INTERIOR:
chamfered beams and joists; square framing and acanthus
bracket to cross-wall to right.
