Two houses, now office. c1740. Brick with stucco dressings;
double-gabled tile roof with brick end stack and stack to rear
of roof ridge. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. 2 storeys;
7-window range. Plinth, 1st floor sill band and top
modillioned timber cornice. Pair of entrances have doorcases
with panelled pilaster strips, friezes and cornices,
overlights, one with glazing bars in form of fanlight, to
6-flush-panel doors; carriage entrance to left end has rubbed
brick flat arch over lintel and paired doors with diagonal
planking; 4 windows to ground floor have sills and rubbed
brick flat arches over 2 plate glass horned sashes to left of
entrances, two 12-pane sashes to right, similar windows to 1st
floor, but only 2 retain glazing bars, and one over entrance
to left of pair is blind; attic has 3 flat-roofed dormers,
with cornices and 2-, 3-, and 6-light casements. Rainwater
head with later downspout. Rear has brick cornice and similar
fenestration. INTERIOR: hall has fielded-panelled dado;
8-fielded-panel door; stick-baluster staircase
