2 houses, now institute. Early C19. Stone with slate roof. 2
storeys, 2 bays. 1st floor sill band and top gable; large
flush quoins. Windows have label moulds and 3-light
horizontal sliding sashes, one now a casement. Roundel in
gable. Porch with hipped roof to left return. 2 louvres to
roof. Converted to institute in 1912.
