Pair of houses. Mid C19. Stucco with hipped slate roof. 2
storeys, 2 bays to each house, end bays project. Cornice
over ground floor, top modillioned cornice and rusticated
quoins. End bays have rectangular bay windows, with
vermiculated rustication, angle pilasters and cornice, with
panelled balcony to 1st floor window. Segmental headed
window with tripartite sash. Other ground floor windows
have architraves, those to end bays with segmental heads and
consoled segmental open pediments; all are sashed, no
glazing bars. No. 8 has casements to all windows, head of
bay windows and balcony missing (1984), and stair on return
to first floor entrance. No. 10 has enclosed porch on
return, with architraved entrance and 4-panel door.
