House. Mid Cl9. Stucco with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 3
x 3 bays. Ground floor has channelled rustication; 1st floor
sill band; top triglyph frieze with panelled metopes and
rosettes, masks at angles. Ground floor windows in
architraves with decorative details to tops. 1st floor
windows have eared architraves with egg and dart mouldings,
that to central bay is a tripartite window with enriched
frieze and cornice. Windows are sashed, some with glazing
bars. 3-bay enclosed porch has flat pilasters (detail of
capitals and cornices perhaps removed, 1984). Entrance
flanked by narrow windows. Left return similar, with
tripartite, rectangular bay windows and balconies to windows
above. 3 stacks, 2 with caps.
