Town house attached to end of terrace. c1830. Red Flemish bond
brick; coursed limestone rubble to sides and rear; brick
chimneys; replacement tile roof. Three-storey; 2-storey wing to
rear. Front: 4-window sash fenestration being 12-pane to ground
and middle floors, 9-pane to top floor, all with gauged brick flat
arches. Off-centre doorway with open pediment and attached Tuscan
columns; 6-panel door in round archway with fanlight over. Brick
pilaster to left of doorway; sashes to left are false and painted;
round archway below these with 6-panel door to throughway. Stone
plinth and moulded stone eaves cornice with end returns. Brick
ridge-mounted chimney to each blank gable end. Sash fenestration
to rear with segmental stone arches. Interior not inspected.
