House, now offices. Early C19. Limestone ashlar, roof not
visible. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; 3-window range. Symmetrical front with pilasters,
frieze, cornice and parapet. Flat-headed doorway with moulded
architrave and shallow Tuscan pilasters, pediment missing, has
a rectangular overlight with glazing bars and a 6-panel door.
The windows have similar architraves to the door, and the
ground-floor ones with a cornice on scrolled consoles;
4/4-pane sashes. The side return has 6/6-pane paired sashes.
INTERIOR: central hall and dogleg staircase, with wreathed
handrail.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Pennant flagged path and moulded urns in
front of the door; curved Pennant rubble retaining wall with
chamfered coping, with ashlar entrance and a pediment lintel
with cyma moulding and name, and overthrow arch above.
