Shop and first floor shop in row. Late C18. Ashlar, double Roman
tiled roof with coped verge to left with saddlestone. 2-storeys,
2-windows. C20 shop front and openings, but cornice survives above
ground floor. First floor has two 12-pane sashes in moulded
architraves. Deep moulded eaves cornice. Left return one 8-pane
sash and moulded string to first floor. This building projects
slightly from line of frontage. Group value with Nos 24, 26 and
28, attached to left (q.v).
