Village Hall, formerly the village school. 'St. Helen's School, Church of
England, 1872', on datestone over door. Single storey: T-shaped form:
Victorian Gothic style. Rubble stone mixed with black knapped flints and some
kidney flints. Stone quoins and dressings. Pantiled roofs with stone copings
to gables. 2 chimney-stacks with hexagonal stone shafts and corbelled tops.
At the south-west angle an octagonal turret with arrow-slits and an open
conical roof. 3-light windows with transomes and cinquefoil heads to lights,
some with leaded panes.
