Farmhouse. C16, in 2 phases, forming a single long range. Large mid C20 rear
additions. Timber framed, the earlier 3-cell section to the right faced in
whitewashed brick, the remainder plastered or roughcast-rendered. Roof mainly
plaintiled, one rear section pantiled. 2 storeys. A range of 5 windows,
mainly C18-C19 small-paned casements. 2 C20 ground floor windows. Small
gabled brick porch within which a C20 glazed door. Internal stack with plain
oblong shaft, the upper half rebuilt mid C20. Gable stack to left.
Modernised interior, not fully examined. Remains of medieval moat.
