Cottage. Mid C19. 2 storeys. Knapped black randon flint with white gault
brick string course, rusticated dressings and quoins. Internal chimney-stack:
4 plain square shafts with attached heads. Hipped roof with wide eaves
overhang and double Roman tiled roof. 2 windows to ground storey: 2-light
small-paned casements with semi-circular fanlights and deep reveals, set into
arched rusticated brick surrounds. 3 windows to upper storey: 2-light
casements in deep reveals with segmental arched/heads and surrounds in
rusticated white brick. Plank door with sem-circular head set into a
rusticated doorway of similar form.
