Office building. c1900. Timber framed with brick nogging,
ashlar coping and slate roof. Domestic Revival style. Ground
floor cornice, shouldered shaped coped gable. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Central square 2-storey oriel window on curved
brackets, with a 2-light leaded window on each floor, the
upper lights smaller. On either side, a similar single window
on each floor. Ground floor has to right a weatherstripped
plank door with leaded glazed overlight, and to left, a
3-light leaded glazed window with wooden mullions.
