House, now offices. c1797, with ground floor and basement
c1900. brick with ashlar faced ground floor and granite
basement, and slate mansard roof with 2 brick gable stacks.
Slab-coped parapet. 3 storeys plus basement and attics;
3-window range. Three 15-pane sashes and above, three 9-pane
sashes, all with brick flat arches. Above again, a box dormer
with 2 plain sashes. Ground floor has moulded sill band and
cornice. To right, a moulded segment-headed doorway with
swan-neck pediment containing a cartouche. To left, a large
single-pane window with moulded segmental head and toplights,
with enriched lintel and enriched panelled pilasters. Below
it, a transomed segment-headed 5-light window to the basement.
