Small town house, now offices. c1803. Granite ashlar front,
asbestos slate roof behind parapet and brick end stack on the
right. Double-depth plan, one of a near pair. 2 storeys over
basement; 2-window-range front. Shallow segmental arches with
projecting key blocks, mid-floor string and parapet cornice;
doorway, on the left, has a moulded cornice and panelled door
is set back; late C19/C20 horned sashes. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
wrought-iron railings flank entrance bridge and stand over
forecourt walls adjoining granite steps down to the basement.
